2nd Annual Latina Heritage Day Brunch

Last year, The Illinois Legislative Latino Caucus Foundation (ILLCF), in partnership with Chicago Latinos In Philanthropy, hosted the first annual Latina Heritage Day brunch in honor of Illinois declaring March 15th as Latina Heritage Day in Illinois. Over 200 guests attended from different sectors- highlighting the power of bringing Latinas together!From the panels highlighting their paths, sharing stories of their families, their perseverance, and their motivation; the entire room was left feeling a sense of appreciation for what it means to be Latina. Given the popularity, this year the ILLCF is bringing back the Latina Heritage Day Brunch and is partnering with the Illinois Broadcaster’s Association where we will highlight Latinas in the Media.
