Ever since our founding our mission has remained consistent, which is to foster the next generation of Latino leaders while also serving as the public policy arm for the Latino community of Illinois. Since our 20th year anniversary, we’ve expanded across all programs: from re-introducing our annual public policy conference, to doubling our scholarship program, to for the first time ever, building an endowment that will allow us to support our programs for years to come. It's been a busy couple of years! This expansion would not have been possible without your generous support, and we are honored to be in this journey with you, shoulder to shoulder.
Our theme this year is "Our Heroes, Our Stories" and we will be uplifting unsung heroes from across the district to honor their contributions to the Latino community while uplifting the 20 newest scholarsfrom our Next Generation Leadership scholarship program.
